The State of Maryland has launched an initiative to help Maryland Homeowners who are in danger of foreclosure. The program is designed for homeowners who are threatened by defaulting exotic loans and subprime loans throughout the State.

By calling this number you will be provided access to counseling and resources that may help you refinance your current loan. Please don't hesitate to call today if you believe this program may help you. It is worth a phone call.
If you do feel as though you may be better off selling the property and pulling your equity out, please give me a call.
