Anybody need a Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet?

Ok, I guess in these times of Realtordom we are becoming more creative as to how we sell a home.  I received this from my  clients.  They have a Porsche, they want to sell the Porche with the house (I have listed) or  give it away with the sell of the home to either the buyer or as a Realtor incentive.  Alright...that's nice, I thought to myself, how can I do this? Can I do this? So, the Porche is for sale, so is the house (read my blog about the $2.7 million dollar homes  I have in my blog) and I am just up in the air.

My question and concerns are:  Would it be an incentive for you as a Realtor to get this Porsche or do you think your potential buyer would find it a nice bonus? Or can I do this?  Anybody?  I guess also if you want more info on the car and or pictures, Let me know.  Gee, my career just keeps getting more interesting as I go along.

Nice - I'm going to check it out as I may have an investor or two interested.  The lengths folks will go to these days...and I thought a 42" plasma was a great throw in!!!

Hi Suzanne, and thanks for commenting on my blog in December.

It's amazing the things we will do for our clients. You're obviously the type who goes the extra mile, and especially when it's in a Porsche. Well here's a Porsche joke (that been around the circuit a few times) for you:

A blonde walks into a New York City Bank and asks for the loan officer. She says she's going to Europe on business for two weeks and needs to borrow $5,000.

The bank officer says he'll need some kind of security for the loan, so the blonde hands over the keys to a brand new Porsche 911 parked out the front of the bank.

With the title and paper work all checked out, the bank agrees to accept the car as security for the loan.

The loan officer drives the new Porsche into the bank's underground garage and parks it there.

Two weeks later the blonde returns, repays the $5,000 she borrowed, and $15.40 interest that accumulated.

The loan officer approaches the blonde and says "We here at the bank are very happy that this transaction has worked out, but while you were away, I checked you out, and I'm a little puzzled. I found out that you are a multi-millionaire. What puzzles me is why you would bother to borrow $5,000?"

The blonde replies, "Where else in New York City can I park my car for two weeks for 15 bucks?"

I love that joke!

As far as your marketing is concerned, I say go with being unique or risk being forgotten and yes, this is an excellent issue to have.  Have the car wrapped and drive it around town advertising that the car is for sale and comes with a house!  That would be an attention getter!  :)
