The picture on the left is how I found the space prior to consultation. My home owner was experienceing a little bit of color indecision!

Choosing a new paint color can be an daunting task. This homeowner knew she wanted a change, and the direction she wanted to go in. After we selected a beautiful new comforter, the color decision was an easier process. Light and airy, this beautiful color from BEHR called Pensive Sky is serene and relaxing, and updates the room as well, giving it a traditional yet contemporary feel.

What started out to be an Interior Redesign, turned into a home staging, when a fantastic home became available that was closer to the home owners work, and if you are in the Seattle area, you know how important that is! The home went on the market in mid-January and was sold by mid-February. The home looked great, we calmed down a red bathroom off the family room, and worked with other existing colors to create a subtle color blend throughout the space.

Staging is very important. I have my stager walk through my listings to point out anything that needs to be done before we list a property.

Julianna ~ I like the way you moved the furniture; I think it better suits the room (from what I can see anyway).  The color is nice, subtle judging by the picture, but so much nicer than what they had.

 It's funny how often I see the 'paint patches' on walls, and then they stay that way until someone comes in and makes the decision for them!
