Pardon the gap since my last post. Pneumonia has kept me out of the loop and parked on the couch, waiting for the antibiotics to save my life.
I'll be out with buyers tomorrow, shopping for a home in Manassas or Lake Ridge.
Patty, my Office Manager, has called every agent for every listing we shall visit tomorrow to find out if there are contracts in negotiation on those homes.
Patty found out that 8 out of 15 listings have a contract, or contracts (plural) on the table for negotiation, or on the threshold of ratification.
Only 7 out of 15 homes are fully available.
