wow...prices are that low in florida? there was a big correction there...

Well, John--it depends on the where and the condition--as you can see, these are not in great shape. The 'correction' for Pasco Couonty has been slightly more dramatic, because values were over-inflated during the bubble phase of market upswing.

That home does indeed need a lot of work!!!!

Ah, Barb--but it does come with frogs! Big enough for dinner! ;^)

I love the virtual bus tour idea, this is genius! I might combine this with another agents idea of virtual open houses and do each house an hour.
