Ill bite my tongue about Realtor.com but I can say that some of the best real estate sites were not even mentioned. Even mentioning Zillow as a resource to determine your homes value makes me think she has no idea what she is talking about.

Well it's better than the normal press the Real Estate market has been getting.
I do think that although the likes of Trulia and Zillow are useful, it did portray that it was easy to find all houses on the market. As far as I'm aware, FSBO are not on Realtor.com and not all houses are listed on Trulia or Zillow or any other site come to that.
Just looked at Zillow for a property across the road from me, listed at $300K (4bed 2.5 bath). Zillow gave comparables from $135k (3bed 2 bath) to $850k 5 bed 4 bath) and I didn't see an easy way to narrow it down.
That said, still an interesting article, thanks for posting Laura.
