I think the most important aspect of marketing is marketing to the right target. Advertisers know this that is why we see athletes endorse products, that is why the industry of selling targeted lists is so important.

We are very fortunate as Realtors to be able to have two targets of the top four that are exclusive to us.

The four best targets in this order are:

  1. Expired Listings
  2. Sphere of Influence
  3. FSBO's
  4. Geographical/Demographic Farming
