The easiest closing I've every had .....

I don't know why, but lately it seems like there is always some drama associated with a closing.. either the loan docs don't get the the title company on time, the figures on the HUD don't match the good faith estimate EXACTLY, whoops...the utility company won't turn on the utilities because the previous owner didn't pay the bill....the list goes on....  Well, I'm here to tell you...today I had the best, smoothest, easiest (I'm reaching for adjectives here or are they adverbs) anyway..you get the idea... The docs were at the title company 2 days ago (thanks Navy Fed) the HUD was sent to me yesterday, so I had time to review it with my client, we walked in signed the docs...a new happy homeowner emerged.......  Yay!!!
