Real Estate Investors Tips to Increase Your Profit ~ Panama Project II
Investment Property Kenner LA.

Well today is day #4 of our acquirer short sale on Panama Street, Kenner LA. The project is progressing nicely. Today my AC men install new AC in the building. The floor has been complete and new 5 ¼ base board is starting to go down. The exterior walls (North Side) were painted today.

Some time an investor has to put in some sweat equity. So today along with a help we started landscaping. I do not do much work on property. Today the weather was so nice, I was glad to get out there and help. The grass is now cut and most trash pickup.

Check back tomorrow is a big push day. I am hoping to wrap up a 10 day project in 6 days and in budget.

Thinking of selling or buying a home in Kenner LA? Interest rates are at their lowest points in several years. With the choice of selection in this market inventory, you can be in a new home in a short amount of time. Interest rates, insurance premium appear to be settling down and lots of inventory to choice from now is the time to act. When we started building I spent many an hour working on site... thankfully I met a great foreman that runs the crew like it was his own... now I'm mainly just the banker. Still not sure if that's a good thing or not.
