Every Thursday morning, real estate agents have an opportunity to view homes in San Marino, before the general public.
Today, I brought my handy dandy Kodak V705 to snap a few pics and decided to capture initial impressions.
First stop - 1842 Twin Plams Drive

- Minutes from Huntington Middle School

- Nice location, good sized lot and a beautiful pool
- Gorgeous front door
- Newer mediterranean construction
- Floor plan felt choppy; needs paint and doesn't feel cared for
- Priced, at over $4 million - unfortunately, didn't feel like an estate and in my opinion, priced a bit high!
3rd stop - 1332 Wilbury Road
- Lovely street north of Huntington, a few blocks from the San Marino High School
- Nice kitchen, beautiful living room, updated bathrooms
- home feels added on to... it just goes on and on - in one direction.
- Oferred at $1,628,000
