My favorite staging job ever! I could live here....

The job we finished tonight has to be my favorite job ever. I could live here.... yes, I've said that before with the french beach house - L'escale. This home surpases that one, however. This one actually shows a lot of my personal style, in case you've ever wondered. These actually are the colors of my own personal home. The colors in the home, especially the kitchen dictated the color scheme throughout.... If I had a million dollars to spend on a home right now, I would be writing an offer....

This home was vacant and we were fortunate to have just purchased a large amount of fabulous inventory at a sale last weekend. I absolutely personally love the way this home turned out... As if the home itself weren't beautiful enough, don't you wonder what what's out the windows.... check this out....

These are the views from the back porch and the master (upstairs) porch....

I'll be sharing more with you after I take some additional photos tomorrow. It was dark when we finished and I really want to show how the sunlight pours into this home.... really stunning!

It is beautiful and you did a great job! I love the flooring throughout and the fireplace is outstanding. NICE JOB!

This home is fabulous! I love your staging and your pictures!

It is also nice to see pictures without "blown out" windows" that can distract you from the room.

The first room is my fav! Love it!

That IS a beautiful home, Melissa! Thanks for sharing those photos with us. I especially like how you staged the room (living room with the pillars) with 4 chairs and round coffee table. Looks like a very inviting space to sit down and chat! Creates good flow with the chairs that couldn't have been accomplished with larger upholstered pieces. Someday I'm going to have to visit the Carolinas!

All the great windows and architectural detail! Beautiful staging in a beautiful home! I haven't fallen in love with any of the houses I've staged yet, but it's just a matter of time!

Only a million...OMG it's fabulous. In our little neck of the woods it would be 3 mil easy. Save up and buy it I am sure lots of the stager's here would visit :)

Both the inside and the outside are gorgeous! You did a wonderful job staging and the new inventory you purchased looks great!

Very nice job. I'll have to tell Carla (my wife) to look at the kitchen picture. Our cabinets are nearly the same color, and I know she would like to take a look it. Thanks for sharing.

There are so many high-end homes out there that you look at from the street and think "man, if only I had the money..." yet when you go inside, they haven't been updated since the home was built...30 years ago! Home staging is an absolute must in those situations (which is far too often in my neck of the woods...)

The house and the views are beautiful. I love the Charleston area. You are truly fortunate to have a fabulous job in a fabulous part of the country.

Ahhh, that's soooo pretty! I love SC. I definitely could move there.

Room looks very nice, but for those of us (mostly male) who would'nt know what taste in design if it hit us with a barge pole, some "before pics would be a good guage.

You said it, Stunning! It is such fun to do this work and in your blogging, and it shows in your work how much you love it.

Susan - I'm always cold, so I would say the exact opposite about Seattle (although we did actually live there for a year when my husband was in the Navy - beautiful)..... I LOVE being a southern girl!

Bob & Carolin - Thank you! We are hoping for a quick sale. The sellers jokingly told us they were ready to pull it off the market and move back in they loved the staging so much.... lol! I hope they don't do that, but I do hope someone else feels that way!

Phyllis - SURE! The home is plenty large enough! Those are two of my favorite areas of the home too. I absolutely love the color of the cabinets!
