Just noticed this listing you sold in E. Falmouth on Maravista. Wow, seems prices have really come down in that area? I spend all my 4th of Julys in Falmouth...well up until the past 2 years. Very sad, I miss it so much! But Laguna is quite nice also, can't complain. How is the real estate market there right now? Have they sold all the condo's in the former Casino? I noticed it's your masthead! What did those units sell for? I'm just curious. Miss the old days of Brother's and the Casino. Last few times I was there for the Falmouth in the Fall Road Race we ended up at the British Beer Pub in the heights. Fun times. Just thought I'd introduce myself to you in case you ever need a Southern CA contact. Take Care.
Thanks for your comments Cynthia. I've added you as an Associate. The price curve really did a job on my listing in Maravista. I dont know about the condo's in the Casino- I think they are being sold privately. But I've seen the condos across the street listed with local agents for sale. The Falmouth Road Race is always a good time with people coming from all over the world to run and enjoy. Im always interested in networking with good agents Cynthia- hence being on AR!
