New news. The foreclosure rate in Michigan has appeared to decline. In a Detroit News article published 02/27/2008, properties entering into foreclosure in Michigan are declining. Now is the time to buy before the market prices increases. I believe that many buyers now the fence and choose not to buy now, will be kicking themselves for not jumping and and buying in March of 2008. The worst could be over.
