Mucha gente piensa en vender sus casas , pero muchos de ellos sus casas no valen lo que pagaron por ellas hace 12 meses ! entonces es hora de planear una venta corta o el llamado "ShortSale"
Que es esto ? es cuando el banco acepta menos de lo que le presto siempre y cuando el PMI no le proteja al banco el 100% del valor del prestamo !! esto quiere decir que si su PMI es por todo el valor del prestamo no aceptaran la venta !! pero si su PMI y condiciones del mercado son buenas si !
