Hearing Voices?...Trulia Voices?

Services for Real Estate Pros with Yucaipa Home Source

There has been quite some buzz out on the blogs about how social media methods are being tapped by larger companies who already have traffic flowing to their site to increase the interaction they have with their clients, and keep them coming back to their site. Trulia.com has expanded on their very well done property search system, and created a community on their site.

I think that this was a great move, because honestly, they took quite a chunk of traffic away from individual Realtor sites, but now they are providing a great service to both home seekers and to Realtors. They gave a medium for nervous and uncertain home seekers to get professional help. They also gave Realtors a great place to get exposure, help out visitors who then might convert to clients AND a way to get EXCELLENT inbound links(you can add your URL to each reply you post to the client's questions)

So go on and let people hear your *Trulia* Voice!

hmm. I will ahve to check it out. I was on their question based system but are you saying they have a blog or forum. The question and answer was very weak.

No, it's not a blog or a forum, just the answers section. I havebeen looking across several keywords, and it is actually ranking those trulia voice profiles in Google, which means that the unique content is getting picked up by google, and the trust rank given because Trulia is a large respected company.

Why was it that you didn't like the voices interface?
