Condo Real Estate Staging - Des Moines, Washington

We just finished decorating the interior of this wonderful condominium that has views of Lake Washington, and I must say, I would love it for myself. We have been excited about this model home/staging project, as our Realtor mentioned it to us when we finished up her last project a few months ago, she let us know it was coming down the pipes so to speak.

Once I get a project in my head, I obsess about it until it is done to completion! I started noticing beautiful accessories that would be perfect, and earmarking things we had in our inventory, saving them away till the "GO" day!

I like to give a subtle and customized theme to every staging I do. The theme is influenced by architecture, surroundings, and the exterior of the home. Because the condominiums have views of the Lake Washington, we went for colors and textures of water, sand and Sound... the Puget Sound... which is a lovely place to be! We added sparkle, reflection and layers of sandy hues with a wash of blue and silver... and the view inside is a beautiful one as well! We adore coming into a place that is staging ready, fresh new carpets, sparkling appliances, and squeeky clean interiors, it is a great foundation so that we can add the finishing touch to a space!

I just noticed the toilet. . . . you've covered the lid with towels and a 'ribbon' to keep it from being used?

Great idea! Then your towels are less likely to be used eh? (Man that bugs me when that happens! I've even had the towels untied, used, and thrown in the tub.)

Very nicely done, girls! I know I've told you before, Julianna - but you always write so well.
Love the color scheme. Whats the yellow item(s) in the pot on the stove --corn on the cob? Thats the only yellow item that came to mind. . . must be dinner time. :-)
