 Anne Arundel County Map

When you relocate to Maryland, you will fall in love with Anne Arundel County's stunning scenery, laid-back atmosphere, and local feasts from the Chesapeake Bay.

Anne Arundel County's convenient location, less than an hour from Baltimore, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., may attract residents and businesses alike - but it's not the only reason they stay.

You'll see why residents love it here, as you explore the pages of this ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY RELOCATION PACKAGE and read some of my blog posts about communities, things to do, and the quality of life in this area.

There's no substitute for a personal visit, of course, and I hope you'll contact me soon to schedule your first house-huntiing trip.  As a native Marylander and long-time REALTOR, I know the area well and look forward to giving you the grand tour of Anne Arundel County (and nearby Howard and Prince George's Counties, if you like).

In the meantime, check back often because you will find new posts added periodically.

Margaret, you've put together an excellent relocation package which should serve you and your future clients well.  I can't imagine anyone moving to Anne Arundel County choosing any other Realtor besides you.

Hi, Brian - So many topics, not addressed yet - it's hard to imagine how I got along without this!

Cindy - You know how I admire your posts, so your compliment means a lot.  'Just looked this over and realized that I should never post something after midnight... too many minor typos.  Hopefully they're all fixed.

Jesse & Kathy - Once I got started, I kept thinking of things that newcomers would want to know... and I threw in that Maryland in Films post, just for fun.

Natalie - That photo is exactly what it looks like in October, along the water!  Thanks for your comment.

Margaret - This is the perfect tool for buyers.  You have everything.  I cannot see why they would go anywhere else for information.  I would bet that this brings you a lot of clients.

Donna, this is one of the best things I've done since starting on ActiveRain, in terms of producing results.  I'm gonna have to put together some additional summary posts.

Pam, I hope they agree!  LOL.  Yes, it has brought some business my way, and I'm expanding the home search links, which may help more.

Thom, just imagine what you'd want to know if you suddenly found out you were moving to Hoopeston, Illinois - Home of the Annual Sweet Corn Festival and the National Sweetheart Pageant (a great place to visit)... Is that far enough from Atlanta geographically and culturally?   Answers to the questions you would have about that are what consumers want for your area.  Simple.
