Margaret: I know a great deal of care and work went into this one. If I were moving to your area, this post along with hiring you as my agent would be all I could ever need.
Margaret - This is the perfect tool for buyers. You have everything. I cannot see why they would go anywhere else for information. I would bet that this brings you a lot of clients.
Donna, this is one of the best things I've done since starting on ActiveRain, in terms of producing results. I'm gonna have to put together some additional summary posts.
Pam, I hope they agree! LOL. Yes, it has brought some business my way, and I'm expanding the home search links, which may help more.
Margaret: Awesome Creation! I've got alot work (and blogging) to have a Relo Package like this! But you've given me some fantastic ideas!
Thanks again!
Thom, just imagine what you'd want to know if you suddenly found out you were moving to Hoopeston, Illinois - Home of the Annual Sweet Corn Festival and the National Sweetheart Pageant (a great place to visit)... Is that far enough from Atlanta geographically and culturally? Answers to the questions you would have about that are what consumers want for your area. Simple.
Margaret - what an excellent collection of resources and information for someone who is relocating to your area. Wow! We have work to do for our relo package...
Margaret...Just more proof that these posts have a long shelf life...I just clicked across it this morning...I've been licensed in VA for a while, but just got my MD license and working with my first MD client...so I found your Focus on Crofton post this morning (4/18/2010) very timely. Anyway that explains how I got to this ActiveRain post. All the best...Deborah
