Real Estate Agent with Weichert Realtor's Southern Coast

Open house - Open house- Open house- something Weichert Realtor's Southern Coast really encourages agents to do.  When I first started doing open houses, it was one of my LEAST favorite things to do in the business. Now, I kinda enjoy doing them. It is a great way to spend a few hours getting to know people.

A while back, I posted a recipe for open houses. A simple cheeseball. It is a great cheeseball recipe and simple. In preparaton for an open house, there is enough to do just to set up for the OPEN. If you plan to take food, it should be something really simple. For that reason, I am going to share another great open house recipe with you. I hope this will bring them out on a cold and windy day like we have been having lately.

If you don't want to take this to an open house---then make it for your own house. This recipe is so simple- and easy to make--are you ready for this-----

One Can Van Camp's Pork and Beans with the Pop top lid. One spoon- Open can- Eat beans!!---Ok--kidding- just kidding--don't get excited---I really do have a very simple recipe. Here goes!!

Homemade Chicken Dumplings-Secret Recipe!!

Cook one whole chicken in pot of water- add salt-pepper- and butter

When done- remove the bones and most of the skin and place chicken back in pot with

all the broth. Add 1 cup milk to broth.

Use one package of the flat FLOUR tortilla wraps. Cut them into strips and place on the simmering chicken-Allow the tortilla pieces to cook and it will puff up like flat pastry.

Everyone will think you have worked all day making homemade chicken dumplings- Trust me- these are great and really taste like homemade pastry dumplings.

Enjoy-- and SELL THAT HOUSE!!!
