Well I had 1 person show up for the seminar and a walk in who walked right out. There were 2 realtors (myself and a lady from my office) and a building inspector, homeowners insurance person and a lender.
The 1 person was someone that I knew and we are currently in the process of finding her a home to purchase before someone else does.
We held it at the office to keep costs down. Not sure if that hurt with the attendance or not.
