I am pretty new here in AR and am learning my way around.  I have posted a few posts to Localism and noticed that my position on google jumped to #3 in that particular field.  That was quite awesome to me.   I intended to pay for positioning of my website but being here in AR has drastically improved my exposure.  I didn't want to take something that gazillion realtors have posted on so that I could fight for top dog so I went with a nice 55+ community and landed a good spot on google.  I will continue to search for those unique items and am hopeful that my position will continue to rise!  I have already gotten a buyer lead!!!

Welcome to AR!  What you're doing actually has a name...it's called "the long tail".....basically the theory goes that it's easier to rank higher on the less crowded search terms...
