Wow!  It's almost March 1st and in my opinion, the SPRING market.  Too bad, we just got dumped on with some more snow.  How exciting is that?  In fact, if you love snow, it is definitely time for you to move to Michigan.  I think at this point and after being dumped on by 100" of snow, I'm ready for summer.  Usually in February or March is when us Michiganders are ready to be done with winter and fly off to Florida or some place warm to get some relief.  Well, here's the good news (always have to look at the positive in everything!), the lakes will be up this year with the increased snow!

Just to make everyone feel better about the snow.  I thought I would pass on some photos of Watertown, NY which had 146" of snow in two weeks.  O.K., O.K. I'm done complaining NOW! :)  Enjoy the pics and count your blessings!

Great Pictures Tammy.  Hey I feel alot better now after seeing that.  I guess we'll have some fun in the lakes this summer.

Those are some amazing pictures!  I thought we got a lot of snow her last year, but I don't have any pictuers like that to show.  I'm just happy that it's starting to get warm enough for some of our snow to melt off.  Last week we got to see the dirt on our driveway for the 1st time in nearly 3 months.

Uh, yeah.  Your title is so appropriate!  My mother and I where sitting here lamenting our fate at all the snow we've been getting in the last 2 weeks.  And here we thought we had a lot of snow!  Your pictures made me realize that we actually got squat compared to some places!  hahahahah  So, I'm going to quit complaining.  Well, just for the next few minutes, until I look out the window at the snow that has been falling all day and is still coming down.  <sigh>  Your pictures are beautiful though!

Tammy, we have had no winter in Texas this year other than Amarillo. My wife would love to be buried in snow like your pictures. Except I would be outside shoveling.

Bob-Summer-can't wait!

Kevin-We keep waiting for the city to come down and do our street.  We're on one of those side streets and not top priority.  Can't wait to see the pavement, then we'll know spring is in the future!

Kevin-Would love to come down... have to go to Seattle to visit family this winter.  Some day, I'll come visit and BUY and have all my places around the states to visit when I want... SOME DAY....

Renae-We're never happy are we.  In the winter, we can't wait for it to be done and in summer-it's too hot!

Gary - If your wife loves snow, you are in the wrong place!!! :) My husband visited Texas in the summer and said it was way toooo  hot!  He couldn't believe that people were actually putting on spring jackets when it went down to a low of 70 degrees in summer!

Tammy those are some great pictures.  I would have had to take those from inside the house.  Too much snow for this southern guy.  WOW

Tammy, this was definitely a post that made me thankful to be in Grand Rapids Michigan.  Enjoyed reading and felt sorry for those people in Watertown who are dealing with that much snow.  I'm counting my blessings.

Lola-sometimes we forget to count our blessings.  I was reminded of that this weekend again.

Tammy, great pictures! I hate to say we are going to have a cold front coming from your neck of the woods in a couple of days. It will take our temperatures from the mid 80's to the low 70's :), but that is the winter wonderland I am willing to take. You and everyone in Michigan are brave to put up with the kind of weather that I left behind many years ago.

You still have time to bring your husband to the largest Harley-Davidson meeting in the world, Bike Week 2008 in Daytona Beach, Florida!

Funny - taking off for a family vacation to the west coast... maybe sometimes soon it will be Florida.  Have a great business year!

My husband is from northern Michigan and that's the thing he misses MOST about Michigan. We got 6 inches the other day, and today it's in the 50s. He complains about it all the time. It's almost all melted by now! Enjoy.

Someone sent me those pictures and I truly sympathize.  Illinois has had above average precipitation this year and we're all sick of snow.  Of course, it's not snowing today, but it's raining!

Erica~I'm from Michigan but never have been a winter fan.

Sandra~we have rain today and later more snow.  I'm hoping that I'll see cement by my birthday on March 7th... here's hoping.
