Please think of me as your preferred mortgage lender and Relocation Consultant. I'll work closely with you and your real estate agent or REALTOR. Not many people have the privelege of knowing a town like I know Tucson.
You see, in a previous life as National Sales Manager for an international manufacturing company based in Moorestown, NJ, I was given the following marching orders:
We want you to move out west when you take this position. Where you move is up to you. Choose a city west of the Mississippi in North America, with access to a major airport, and we'll pay to move you and your family to that city. It's your choice.
My Darlin' and I chose Tucson, Arizona in 1997. We've never looked back, and we love our chosen city, the Old Pueblo. Here are some articles I've written about Tucson, Arizona. Please enjoy them.
relocation package Tucson: Pool Safety for Infants and Toddlers: Infant Swimming Resource - 02/28/08 03:21 PM Some time ago, I attended a funeral for a 5 year old who drowned while visiting family in Manahawkin, NJ. It was one of the most difficult things I've ever experienced, and the tragedy is that it didn't have to happen. Look at this amazing video of 11 month old Miles, and ... (7 comments)

relocation package Tucson: Annual Tucson Folk Festival in May: Two Days of Music and Fun! - 01/31/08 11:40 PM Active Rain is home to some fine musicians. Real Estate and the professions that support it seem to attract some very creative people. In my humble opinion, any group worth its salt needs a fiddle player. Larry Morris is ours, and he can make that electric fiddle talk! The four of us were practicing in my ... (25 comments)
relocation package Tucson: Tucson Being Considered as an Inland Port of Entry - 01/30/08 08:05 PM The Old Pueblo used to be considered a quiet, dusty sort of town, known more for climate than for commerce. Ranked by population, the city of Tucson, Arizona now tops Atlanta, GA,Sacramento, CACleveland, OHKansas City, MOMiami, FLMinneapolis, MNand many moreThat's for only the ... (12 comments)

This is one of the most beautiful times of year in the Arizona Sonoran desert. If you live here, you're blessed beyond measure. If you don't, come visit! Daytime temperatures are ... (34 comments)

relocation package Tucson: Hands Up Pardner; This is Tucson, Arizona! - 11/04/07 03:33 AM Tucsonans take their yard art seriously. Most places around the country, you'll see a water fountain, a reflecting ball on a pedestal, or some such thing. Not in Tucson. This metal sculpture guards the driveway to a relatively modest home built back in the 1950s. Driving past, you'll notice no grass lawn, no ... (30 comments)
relocation package Tucson: Update on I-10 Construction in Tucson, AZ - 10/17/07 11:16 PM Summer's gone, and the snowbirds are coming back. The Interstate 10 widening project that began this summer is right on track, and maybe a little ahead of schedule. Maybe it's me, but the predictions about a deleterious effect on commerce in this town of more than a million seem to have been ... (4 comments)
relocation package Tucson: You Might Want to Consider Moving to Tucson, Arizona! - 09/14/07 12:58 AM An intrinsic value of holding title to Real Estate is that one owns the sky above it. Spectacular cloud formations move into the Southwest as the June sun heats the desert floor. I like to think that the towering clouds drive before them flocks of the Lesser Hardy Snowbirds. They seem to leave ... (21 comments)
relocation package Tucson: Guardian Angel In The Desert - 08/19/07 11:26 PM The Arizona Sonoran desert is surprisingly beautiful. Eons of wind and rain sculpt the granite backbone of the Tucson Mountains into amazingly intricate forms. My favorite is the Rock Angel of the Desert. Facing an outcropping opposite Cat Mountain, she stands silent, wings folded, head bowed, face obscured by its cloak. Her form is ethereal. ... (14 comments)

Great "relocation package" Mike.
I just finished my "compendium" for Lovettsville and now I'm ready to start a package for another city.
I'm not much for contests on ActiveRain, but his one was wonderful because we are left with a good marketing piece.
