Good News from the North Shore of Lake Travis for the month of January.

  • In the LN area there were 91 Homes Listed at an average List Price $422,976.
  • The number of pending homes was at 23 at an average List Price of $322,254
  • Number of sold homes is 14 with an average Sold Price of $181,850

The percentage of Sales Price/List Price is: 95.17%.  The numbers reflect market prices and are a good indicator of how the North Shore Market is doing.
