My first four years selling real estate have been driven primarily by working internet leads from JustListed.Com and HouseValues.com. Following their formulas for success and some of my own trial and error, I have been reasonably successful where many others in my office and area have given up on these types of services.
I have found that if you devote yourself to a marketing method, it will work out for you, whether it is working with expired listings, For Sale By Owners, networking or other client aquistion activities.
The key to working internet leads seems to be responding quickly, following up and not giving up. Also, treating every lead the same and not assuming anything about the quality or seriousness of a lead is important.
