Two secrets that I've been sharing with other agents at my office, and thought I'd share here also, is Realbird.com and also point2agent.com  They both give you the ability to create an individual property website for every one of your listings, then all you have to do is buy a domain name and have it point to either of the properties webpage that you've created. 

The major advantage to using the Realbird.com site is that it gives you some great tools/widgets to use, including one really awesome feature that allows you to copy and paste some code into a craigslist post and your craigslist posts will look like this, click here to view.  They look much better than just the standard craigslist posting. Plus it's so easy to do. Just cut and paste!

Between utilizing these two websites my listings get syndicated to over 30+ other websites where potential buyers are searching for homes.
