Obeoman, great news indeed.  My brother built a home (spec) in Madison in 2006 and we sold it in early 2007.   Since then all we hear is negative, I'm glad to hear good news on Wisconsin again!  What a great place to live.

Jim and Maria, the papers report the thing they think will sell newspapers.  It's a fact of life, once I've tried fighting for years.  I guess that's the true power of all these real estate blogs is that we can tell the other story and tell it well and from the trenches.  Don't let the newspapers have the domination to manipulate public perception, tell the other side of the story.
