I have got responses from all over the country now. NO MINNESOTA AGENTS YET!

What can I do to find an agent in Minnesota to send my business to?

Yes! I want your business in return. In march I have three closings and all are from referrals I sent agents. So far ZERO referrals back to me.

If there are any agents still doing business I want to send you buyers and in return I expect borrowers.

Mike - I work closely with a lender that I've established a 12 year relationship with. However, if she is unable to help a buyer it's always good to have a back up, or even offer a choice to the buyer right up front. It's important for me to work with local appraisers and closers. I'm open to hearing about your approach to helping your clients.
