Just a final ps on the dollar giveaway

 

My husband said I should write something like ....If you want to take a chance here's a lottery ticket.  But don't take a chance on your Realtor.  blah blah blah.  I like this one too.

And then you would ad a rub off lottery ticket in the letter.  Again it's a little pricey but would payoff with just one listing or buyer
