We knew of a broker from our area that owned a home on that lake and we were impressed. W ehad a great time the day we were there. Very nice lake. Buyers don't be shy.

Jay- It really is a nice lake.  I read somewhere that it is one of the cleanest lakes in NH. It is a nice size too... not too big, not too small.

I love to visit Merrymeeting.  Your right, it is a great alternative to Winnipesaukee.  We have a friend with a place on the water there, much easier to navigate, less traffic.
