Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Flagship

Hi Everyone,

As a new user to Active Rain I am excited to record my first entry into my blog!

Occassionally I will comment on the general market conditions in Rhode Island and what's going on at RE/MAX Flagship. So far this year seems to be very much improved over 2007 and greatly improved over 2006. Of course, 2005 was our record year but I hope 2008 will surpass our expectations. At my January 4, 2008 "Blast Off to 2008" meeting I gave all the agents copies of Jack Canfield's book The Success Principles. Jack talks about the 64 success principles that he has used in his life to have the best life possible for him. I thought is was one of the most powerful books I ever read and try to use the principles every day!

My primary job at RE/MAX Flagship is to recruit and retain great agents. This year my goal is to meet with each agent in the office for monthly coaching sessions. So far almost everyone has taken advantage of one on one's discussing their goals and how I can help them achieve them.

As a certified mentor for the Brian Buffini 100 Days to Greatness 14 week program, I plan on kicking off the first session the third week of March. So far I have about 8 agents and mortgage brokers taking the class. (Room for more if you are interested!)
