Did you know? - In 2006 there were 73 houses in the MLS that sold in the Rhinebeck area. In 2007 there were 37. Based on last year's sales, at present between the village and town there is more than a year's worth of inventory. Although this is the case there are still buyers looking for home that cannot be found in the present inventory. With spring approaching I suspect there will be many more homes available.
