Also check out the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association, http://www.nrmla.org/as well as AARP's information they tell seniors about Reverse Mortgages.  There is a LOT of correct information out there.  Don't let the false information steer you away from making a sale!  It could not only benefit you from a sale that you might not otherwise make, but it could also be a tremendous benefit to the senior buying or refinancing with a Reverse Mortgage!  Just think about the improvement in their quality of life, knowing they have a roof over their head the rest of their life AND can utilize all pensions, Social Security, etc., to pay bills and spend it on things they want for a more enjoyable lifestyle for the rest of their life!
