APRIL:  Thanks for your comment and well wishes for the seminar.  The weather is warming up here and I think we're done with snow and ice for the winter (hopefully), though it has not been too bad.

LENN:  Thank you for your comment.  We've held a good series of seminars in the past and always had good response.  There seems to be a thirst for knowledge from the homebuyers out there and I look forward to meeting with a sizable group of them next weekend and fulfilling that need for education.

NAOMA:  Thanks for your comment.  I haven't spent any money on advertisement, though I have considered it.  I sent out e-mail invitations to about 1400 people and posted it on my websites and blogs.

I love the title -6.5 reasons to attend our free home buyer seminar. That right there got my attention. And the fact that you are having it at a bank is even better - That is a great idea. Heck,you might just get people who want to get preapprove for a loan on the spot. I am thinking of even coming. Great post.

Brian good luck on your seminar!  I have a question for you... how are your getting the word out besides blogging on AR?  I'm doing one next weekend and while we had about 12 attendees in Feb. no response yet for March.  My post definitely isn't as interesting as yours.....maybe that's part of the problem.  Mines too BORING!!!  Thanks for any tips on spreading the word!

SANDY:  Thanks for your comment.  I'm looking forward to the seminar today.  I wrote a post about 4 or 5 months ago on Tips for Hosting a Homebuyer Seminar.  You can read that for more information.  Other than the blogging, I've got the info posted on my website and I also sent an e-mailed invitation directly to about 1500 potential buyers.  As of today, we've got 24 RSVPs for the seminar which starts in about 3.5 hours.

Thanks Brian I'll read your old post and I had completely spaced on putting the info on my website!!  DUH!!!  I can't believe I didn't even think about that.  Hope the seminar went well today!

SANDY:  Thanks for your comment.  We had a successful seminar.  Although the weather (heavy rainstorms and very very dark skies) kept some people home for sure.  However those that attended seemed to really enjoy the seminar, asked lots of questions, and took copious notes.

Brian congrats on the seminar, bad weather and all!  I posted my info on my website!  I still can't believe I forgot that.  I put it everywhere else and never once thought about putting it there!

Brian:  What a great post.  If I had known, I just might have driven up there for your Seminar.  It's only 1275 miles or so.   Just a nice, pleasant drive through such pretty countryside.  I hope the Seminar went well for you !  Thanks for sharing.

KAREN ANNE:  That's quite a compliment to hear that you would have driven 1,275 miles just to meet me and attend the seminar.  It did go quite well, though with the bad weather that day, the attendance was lower than we had expected.

Brian:  Sure... I lead a boring life, and try not to watch too much TV.  But... last August I drove that 1,275 miles to go to a three-day seminar in Reston at the Reston Hyatt Regency.  I am hoping to go again this coming August.  Take care...
