Thanks for welcoming me to the community. I really appreciate your words. I'm not sure what Chinese you used, but it is the abbreviated ones that mainland uses. I was little when I came to the states and can read only a bit. It did say something about real estate though!

Yeah Cynthia, this is the one monster that stuck with me. As a child it was the one monster that scared me as well. Then when i saw it on a saturday afternoon tv program I thought how lame and corny it really was.
Chun Liu, I apologize if the chinnese was poorly written. It was supposed to say "Welcome to Real Estate Chun Liu."
I hope the remainder of the week and the upcoming weekend goes well for you all! I hoping for a few days of "Global Warming" but instead the forecast is "Ice Age" Tempretures extending into next week. Were not used to anything below 60 here. HEY! I just thought of another blog!
