Morning Roundtables for Residential/Commercial proeprty owners and managers
I would love to have a resource locally to bounce ideas off and discuss situations regarding rental property. I am a new Rainer and hope this will be a great source for that, but nothing beats the face to face like a good old sit-down. Investors, Owners, Property Managers, Multi-Family specialists, Commercial Brokers - there are some really good stories that could come out of these guys and gals!! As well as some excellent advice!
I was fortunate enough to get this one family out of a unit that I had just lived in months prior, fixing up every inch to a very nice townhome - refinishing the woodwork, new light fixtures, ceiling fans, paint, carpet, the whole nine. When rent wasn't paid - I settled for a payment plan - that obviously failed. So eviction it was - only to find the place turned into a complete hell hole! And they were nice enough to have left behind their pet RAT!!
SO LET US HEAR YOUR STORIES!! I KNOW THERE ARE ALOT OUT THERE!!
Unlike your story, this was never a tenants pet. It was a guest that stayed too long and had to be removed.
