- Most Importantly...you will want to invite all your friends to join you! This is a FREE event AND dinner will be served.
The educational topic for the night is:
“A Step By Step Process To Acquiring Cash Flow Producing Properties In Our Current Market”.
This is exciting!
Our guest speakers/teachers do not recommend the “Buy and Pray” strategies that have gotten a lot of unsophisticated investors in a negative cash flow jam with their investments.
Right now we are in a great market to build wealth through cash flow producing properties and our guest speakers/teachers are going to show you how to do this.
The educational portion of our WSN Cashflow event will be team taught by Spencer Caldwell and Chuck Willman.
Here are their biographies:
Spencer Caldwell grew up in a small Northern Arizona town called Snowflake. The town was founded and named after Spencer’s 3rd great grandpa. Spencer shadowed his father who ran the family pig farm. This family business grew to as many as 80,000 pigs. Spencer has memories of being as young as 5 years old while helping his father on the farm. When Spencer was 14 his father stopped raising pigs and started smoking them in a new business venture in Mesa, Arizona.
Spencer continued working for his father in the BBQ Restaurant while attending Arizona State University. He studied Bio Chemistry and planned on going to Dental school. Meanwhile real estate had sparked Spencer’s interest. He watched successful real estate Mentor’s closely and found that real estate was in his constant thoughts. With plans to continue on to Dental school Spencer decided to spend some time in real estate his 4th year of college. Spencer purchased 10 investment homes that 1st year and can’t stop. He has continued his real estate career and has served over 300 buying parties in purchasing investment properties. He has sold over 50 million in Real Estate holdings.
Spencer’s strategy is to find homes that he would purchase himself and share the opportunity with his investor friends. He is a true Real Estate professional with a desire to change the financial future for others.
Spencer has been married 6 years to Alisa Wares and has two children. He spends all his spare time with Ethan (4) and Ellee (1) because his family brings him the most joy. Real estate has changed Spencer’s life and allows him to spend more time with his family.
Chuck Willman was born in Illinois to a father who worked the family farm before becoming an Air Force officer. Life as a military child offered him the opportunity to see the country with his six siblings. He’s lived in every region of the country- rarely living in any one place longer than three years. He’s had over 40 addresses and has lived in and visited several countries. He also speaks fluent Spanish.
Arizona has been Chuck's home since 1982. He has bought, rented and built homes in Tempe, Phoenix, Gilbert and Mesa. He graduated from Brigham Young University in International Relations and received training from ASU in their masters of business program- specializing in business marketing.
Chuck has a background in international business and has founded the following networks: AZVest, Calivest, MexiVest, UTVest and TXVest. Each of these entities are smaller networks affiliated with his larger business entity: USAVest; which is a network, whose principle function is to serve as a conduit for the dissemination of opportunities for investment-minded individuals in the United States and Latin America.
Chuck also spent several years as a financial officer, director of marketing, and director of international sales and chief information officer for companies in the telecommunications and entertainment industries. Chuck is also a real estate agent, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and has earned his transcontinental Referral Certification. This offers him an avenue to properties locally, nationally and the world abroad. This he does in conjunction with his fellow agents at Gentry Realty.
He takes an analytical approach to real estate and feels it is important that individuals assess properties for their income producing potential and future value. He has applied his skills in real estate transactions from single family homes to raw land and subdivisions.
Chuck is the father of six (five daughters and one son) and grandfather of one. He plans to make Arizona his home base forever as this is his favorite place to be.
