Oh by the way, I'm in love with your house and I want to sell it!

I am passionate about real estate.  For a very long time I've known this is what I am suppose to be doing.  I can't imagine doing anything else and would be heart broken if I could not sell real estate any more.  I don't have a choice!  I have to sell real estate.  To me it is kinda like breathing.  Or maybe its like the cup of coffee in the morning.  Some folks (including myself) have to have the cup of Java before they feel human.

Every now and then I am talking with a seller about selling their house and I just fall in love with the house.  There is not necessarily a reason for it.  It may or may not even be a pretty house.  It may be dated and even need some fixing up. It is much easier to sell a house once I've fallen in love with it. 

I don't know what makes me fall in love with a house and I can be in love with more than one house at a time, each for different reasons.  I'm not "cheating" on the house if I am in love with more than one at a time.  Right now I have a few different "love affairs" going on.  The houses are jealous because each one is special.  I'm currently in love with a beautiful 19th century home that is a fourplex downtown which is full of historical architecture and also a awesome ranch out in the country on four acres with a huge garage and spectacular views of the mountains.  Then there is the little bungalow on Buchanan downtown that the seller must sell quickly.
