I am putting together a little book for one of my co-workers. She wants to go to lunch and pick my brain about Active Rain. I don't even know where to start. If you have ever written ANYTHING about AR, how to use it  and so forth...can you please post a link? There is so much good information, I know I can not think of it all! I would love you for it! Go team AR!

What is localism
What about referrals, any success?
What about backlinks?
What about SEO?

I teach about blogging and I ask the room what would you pay me to make you "above the fold" (old newspaper term) on Google.  They start with hundreds of dollars.  I say watch this, I type in Google "National Real Estate Speaker" and "National Speaker Real Estate".

Their sold!
