One thing great about this board is that those who are here have a unique passion for the business and for their success. The Spring Challenge, a Long and Foster campaign designed to focus everyone on activities that motivate buyers or sellers to take action and either  buy or list a home is bringing some incredible success stories. So far, over 125 offices are participating. One office just reported that they rented a bus and, along with their prosperity mortgage and mbh title partners, took a bus load prospective buyers out for a home tour. 

The Spring Challenge is generating hundreds of open houses, buyer seminars, home tours, and the like all for thee fun of working together in an effort to counter the cold winter, the negative media, and the inertia of sitting and waiting for the market to come to them.
