Thank you everyone for all the wonderful comments on, Younger Agents Can Do Better Than the Veteran  FINALLY, its a real BLOG. With opinions, PASSION and a burst of TRUTH from the heart.

Not intending to offend Seasoned Agents since they are my Source of Strength, Backbone, Guidance &  WEALTH of Information, but not everyone is PERFECT, and we can ALWAYS DO BETTER, young or old. My mentors and friends ALWAYS told me to learn from their mistakes so I can do better in this business. Isn't it TRUE that its not always YOUR experience that you can learn from?

The message targets to uplift the spirits of YOUNGER, NEWER AGENTS in this business. I'm sure Seasoned Agents were NEW at one point, even some at 55 yrs old, it was still a scary time to be in this business.... DIDN'T ANYONE ever encourage you to overcome ANY obstacle? For the YOUNG & NEW AGENTS, age & inexperience is that OBSTACLE.

But it goes with any BUSINESS.... it you don't implement your business in the foundation of SPEED, EFFICIENCY & TECHNOLOGY, you are building your future on quick sand. Without one of the 3 things, CUSTOMER SERVICE is just like being a NICE GUY. While we all LOVE and LIKE Nice GUYS.... we also need Quality & Efficient results, thats why we drive through ATMS instead of meeting our nice buddy at the teller stand.

Again: For the aspiring Rookies, We are not too far behind.... let's make the most of our youth by being better than we've ever dreamed. Therefore, no limitation in this business, there is only "US" in our way.

Like Henry Ford once said, "Whether you think you CAN or you think you CAN'T, You're RIGHT!

This is also a message to my son:

May you LEARN FROM MY PAST MISTAKES and DO BETTER in EVERYTHING YOU DO. MAY YOU NOT LET AGE, BACKGROUND or OBSTACLE keep you from SUCCESSES IN LIFE!
