All things considered, our average days on the market are not too shabby. I distinctly remember when I first got my real estate license WAY back in 1989 (yes, I'm dating myself)... If we sold homes in 120 days, we were pretty darned happy!

Thanks for posting the figures. This disputes gossip that the market in Las Vegas is extrtemely bad.

Jim: It's only "bad" for the inflexible sellers... or those that bought at the peak and have no choice. This is now a normal market... we just have to convince our sellers of that.
