Who wants some pot?

I am sure it depends how hard your area has been hit with the mortgage situation, but in california as you know it is "well not the best place right now". Something to keep in mind is the scams that are poping up could affect your listing. Near Sacramento there is a large number of scams going on from renting property that is not yours to large pot growing operations. LA La la la here is this great home mister buyer let step in and take a look! Oh never mind the pot growing operation. Make sure you keep in mind all these things you never know what is around the corner.

Haha great title must say it drew me in. So have you had a situation where an agent walked into a home and had that happen?
