Buyers do you know that you can buy a home warranty that will protect you from unexpected repair expenses?

There are several companies and your agent will give you names and brochures. You can also look  it up  on the internet. You can request the seller to  pay for the first year and you can then renew it. If the seller does not agree to pay, you can pay for it your self. It is worth it.

A typical warranty costs around $400/ year. It covers most home systems and gives you peace of mind. . You can pay extra to cover the washer, dryer, and refrigerator. There is usually a deductible of $50 to $60 each time but you know it cost much more than that to repair things. Not all items are covered and you have to read the fine print .

Some of the companies are : American Home Shield 1800-735-4663 www.AHSsales.com

 Home security of America :  www.onlinehsa.com   1800-367-1448
