Stage a Star had the opportunity to stage a condo unit that had been on the market for 9 long months with very little interest and no offers. The condo was in a nice retirement community and the unit itself was top notch! After the condo was staged, it was under contract in 10 days!
So what was the problem for the last 9 months?
I had the priviledge of meeting the nice elderly gentleman that bought the unit the day we were de-staging the place.
He had the answer..." It was so much easier to see what it could look like with all the furniture in it"

Wayne, Indiana. They traveled a good distance to team up for the day with Stage a Star. We actually staged 2 houses that day and they were both AMAZING and so much fun to work with! A great success story because both houses were under contract in less than 30 days!...this condo 10 days, the other 29 days! Now that's TEAM WORK!
