Well I did my open house today.  Had a huge colored ad with the $1000 rebate.  I had 3 people stop by.  One was from the phone calls I made.  One was from an apartment complex nearby and one was a driveby.  I did talk with the sellers and we have decided to do a 10,000 reduction.  I hope this will stimulate buyers in the area.

Tomorrow back to the drawing board.  We are meeting at 9:00 am to go over scipts to use when prospecting.  I haven't decided what I will do tomorrow to lead generate

  1. We are meeting at 9:00 am to go over scripts to use when prospecting -- who do you do scripts with.

p.s. My coach would not say I got credit for 3 hours of lead generation as I was not in control of the ability to contact i.e. in this spot you had to wait for the leads to come to you and not you to them so he would say it did not count as GENERATION time.

Debbie- Sometimes it can be slow going at open house,s. I have had open houses where only one person showed up.  This Sunday I had 12 which was a big surprise and for which I was grateful considering I had to shovel the walkway

Being in the same house week after week becomes stale for alot of folks...myself included.  If it were something other than new construction I would do things a little differently.  Yesterday's weather was beautiful but I had no takers.
