Drive, drive, drive... Have you ever driven all over for a client and not seen anything they like? Maybe its time you older real estate agents start using your computers. With almost half the county ages 40 and up, most of the people who are agents in this county are old. My previous broker didn't even have a computer in his office, he had papers everywhere, " Much better." If you just become a little computer friendly you can give your clients a virtual tour from your office or even their own living room. It amazes me how hard it is for the older generation, With these rising gas prices they better figure something out.

Not all clients will work with you in this way.  I have a real estate agent in town now who looking to buy an investment home. She is insisting on seeing everything in person before making a decision on what to buy.  It is grueling.

Good morning,

Not all "OLD" people are "OLD" LOL We work with computers and have for years. However many, if not most buyers in our area insist on seeing the property. Visual Tours, etc., may heighten their interest, but they don't take the place of an on site, in person look see. They do, however, weed out the dogs, so to speak.

Thanks for the post.
