Welcome to the beginning of my 2008 monthly real estate market report for Woods Cross, Utah located in Davis County. This report will be broken down into two different sections, one for Single Family Residence and the second for Condos. Please keep in mind that the real estate market report I have provided is a compilation of a large price range for the entire city of Woods Cross and should not be confused as being the price in which your home will currently sell for. Also please take note:

• “Under Contract” are the properties that have gone through negotiations and are currently awaiting their closing date as of the date I pulled this report (2/18/2008).
• “Active Listings” are all the homes currently listed with a real estate broker and listed on the MLS as of the date I pulled this report(2/18/2008).

• Population=8,168 (According to the U.S. Census Bureau July 2006)
• 18 Miles=Approximate Mileage to Hill AFB
• 8 Miles=Approximate Mileage to Downtown Salt Lake City
• 11 Miles=Approximate Mileage to the Salt Lake International Airport
• 24 Miles=Approximate Mileage to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons (entry to most of Utah’s ski resorts)
• Easy Access to Utah’s Higher Education
• 2 Parks
• 5-10 minutes to shopping, golfing, recreation center, restaurants and gyms.
• 5 minutes to Lakeview Hospital and 15 minutes to LDS Hospital & Primary Children's Hospital
• Within 1 mile to 1-15 freeway access, bus routes and coming soon, Woods Cross Commuter Rail
