We here like to think of this video as the "old school." In fact, this video is hard to watch knowing that it takes so much more than what it used to - the fundamentals in real estate marketing are still important, but the platform is different.

Yes, these are valid points made in the video, but today's "2.0" realtor will take these points and get them out to the masses in a timely fashion. He/She will beat the "old schooler" to the punch, and as the general population becomes more web savvy, their stronghold on the market will only increase.

Why should I waste time/money on expensive mail outs that hit the recycling bin? Nobody appreciates these annoying tidbits that flood their mailboxes week after week. How about reaching a mass audience who is actually interested in what I am offering?

As Jonathan Dalton at AgentGenius said,  "I can knock on doors or I can skip the front door and go straight to your monitor."

That is the truth, and that is what Agent Stealth is all about.
