Welcome to the beginning of my 2008 monthly real estate market report for Bountiful, Utah located in Davis County. This report will be broken down into two different sections, one for Single Family Residence and the second for Condos. Please keep in mind that the real estate market report I have provided is a compilation of a large price range for the entire city of Bountiful and should not be confused as being the price in which your home will currently sell for. Also please take note:

“SOLD” indicates all the properties that sold during the month of January 2008.
“Under Contract” are the properties that have gone through negotiations and are currently awaiting their closing date as of the date I pulled this report (2/18/2008).
“Active Listings” are all the homes currently listed with a real estate broker and listed on the MLS as of the date I pulled this report(2/18/2008).

Julie, I love your charts...I have been trying to figure out how to paste Excel charts I have made on to my blog and they drop all color and lines. If you have any insight on this will you send me a quick email? I'm off to search Excel spreadsheets as I have a feeling someone has written about this already.

Wow - beautiful layout Julie - do you use these numbers to show clients the list time needed? ( we would take 47 active condos divided by 7 sold/month = about 6.7 months supply of condo's.) just wondering?

Gayle: Darn it! I was hoping all my AR friends would buy vacation homes out here. You are looking at the home prices in Bountiful which is on the east bench and serves to be a little higher priced. For the most part, Utah has pretty reasonable home prices. Have a wonderful day!
