December 2006 Statistics of Homes Sold in Tampa Area

The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors has provided the December 2006 data of solds for the month.

2006 ended with a 25% reduction in homes sold compared to 2005. Note: This data does not include private home sales and does not include all new home sales.

Compared to December 2005, solds for December 2006 were down 28%

2006 showed an overall decline of 25% compared to 2005.
